**Return Policy**

● Gift recipients may also initiate returns, provided they have the necessary order information.

● You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
● After this period, we cannot process returns.
3. **Condition of Items**
● Returned items must be in their original condition:
○ Unworn
○ Undamaged
○ With all original packaging (including tags and labels)
4. **Return Process**
To initiate a return:

○ Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation:
○ Once we receive your request, we'll provide a return authorisation code and returns address.
○ Do not send back items without this code.
3. Packaging and Shipping:
○ Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
○ Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
○ Ship the package to the address provided with the return authorisation.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
○ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
○ We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. **Refunds and Exchanges**
● Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
● If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
● Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
6. **Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are non-returnable:
● Custom-made or personalized pieces
● Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
● Final sale items
